Let the Prophets Speak

Image
The spirit of prophecy is subject to the prophets Ac 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: Ac 2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: The Spirit of prophesy has been poured out upon all flesh sons, daughters, handmaidens, servants are prophesying and now Paul confronts the church about prophets speaking in order in the church.   Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14: 29 ,   Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge . As one prophet speaks, the others are to judge or discern.  What are they discerning? Jesus Teaching on Prayer pt-2

In Matthew chapter 6, Jesus tells his disciples to pray after this manner, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed by thy name.  Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.   Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.  How are we to know if  we are doing the will of our heavenly Father here on earth, like it's done in heaven?  We cannot see heaven physically, so how would we know? Jesus say's, Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven .   Where is heaven?     Matthew 5:34, Jesus say's, But I say to you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne Heaven is God's throne and, at his throne are all his spiritual blessings. Our heavenly Father answers us from his throne, heaven.  All of our Father's determinations, all his desires, all his pleasures, all his purposes, and all his spiritual blessings, comes from heaven, (Ephesians 1:3).   When we go to him in prayer, we surrender our will to self, and we

Going Up to Zion

Image
For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise you, and let us go up to Zion to the LORD our God.   For this says the LORD; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish you, praise you, and say, O LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.  Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travail with child together: a great company shall return here.  They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way , wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

The LORD has Redeemed-The LORD has Ransomed

Image
Hear the word of the LORD, O you nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock.    For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. The LORD has released you, he paid the price for your sin, a price you could not pay, he paid in full.   You have been redeemed  with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Sin don't own you, it has no legal right to you any more, you have been set free, you are no longer a home born slave to sin, you have been bought with a price   1 Corinthians 6:20 For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. YOU ARE NOW GOD'S PROPERTY. Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the f
