“And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.” Opening Prayer Father, thank You because You are faithful to Your Word. As I study Genesis 21, teach me to distinguish Your promise from human attempts to accomplish Your purposes. Give me patience when I must wait, faith when circumstances appear impossible, and confidence that You hear the cries of those in distress.
