Opening Prayer
Father, we come before You with hearts ready to learn from Your Word. Open our understanding as we study Genesis chapter 14. Teach us to walk by faith as Abram walked, trusting You as the Possessor of heaven and earth. Help us recognize Your authority over every nation, every battle, and every circumstance. Give us hearts of integrity that seek Your glory above earthly gain. May this study draw us closer to You and reveal the truth of Your plan through Your Word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Memory Verse

This verse reminds us that every victory belongs to God, and our worship, gratitude, and generosity should always be a response to His faithfulness.
Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble and grateful hearts, thanking You for the powerful truths revealed in Genesis chapter 14. Thank You for showing us that You are the God who gives victory, delivers Your people, and faithfully keeps every promise You make.
Lord, help us to walk in the faith and courage of Abram. When we face spiritual battles, remind us that the victory belongs to You. Teach us not to rely on our own strength or understanding, but to trust completely in Your power, wisdom, and unfailing presence.
Father, guard our hearts from the dangers of compromise.
Keep us from becoming comfortable with the things of this world that slowly draw us away from You. Give us spiritual discernment to recognize every temptation that seeks to weaken our relationship with You. May we choose obedience over convenience and holiness over worldly success.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for being our eternal High Priest after the order of Melchizedek. Thank You for Your perfect righteousness that has become our righteousness through faith. Thank You for the peace You have given us through Your sacrifice on the cross. As Abram honored Melchizedek, may our lives continually honor You with our worship, our obedience, our generosity, and our whole hearts.
Help us become people who restore others with grace. Just as Abram rescued Lot, give us compassionate hearts to reach those who have wandered from Your truth. Fill us with love, patience, wisdom, and humility as we minister to those who are hurting, discouraged, or spiritually captive.
Father, teach us to walk with unwavering integrity. May we never pursue wealth, recognition, or personal gain at the expense of our testimony. Like Abram, may we refuse anything that would dishonor Your holy name. Let our lives declare that every blessing, every victory, every open door, and every good gift comes from You alone.
Strengthen us through the power of Your Holy Spirit. Equip us daily with the whole armor of God so that we may stand firm against every attack of the enemy. Increase our faith, deepen our love for Your Word, and help us become faithful servants who bring glory to Your kingdom in everything we do.
As we leave this study, write these truths upon our hearts. May we walk in righteousness, pursue peace, remain faithful in every trial, and boldly proclaim that You are the Most High God who delivers His people.
We give You all the praise, all the honor, and all the glory.
